Shipping and delivery

Processing time: Most pieces are made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for me to build, finish, and pack your order before it ships. Larger or custom work may take longer, and I'll always reach out if that's the case.

Shipping: I ship via USPS within the United States. Tracking is included on every order. Rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Transit times: Once your order ships, expect 3 to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Carrier delays are outside my control.

International: Not available at this time. If you're outside the US and interested, email [email protected] and I'll see what's possible.

Lost or damaged: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up at all, email me within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). I'll make it right.
