Returns and refunds
Because nearly everything I sell is made by hand to order, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or I made a mistake.
Damaged in shipping: Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. I'll either replace the item or issue a full refund.
My mistake: Wrong item, wrong finish? That's on me. Reach out and I'll fix it at no cost to you.
Custom orders: Personalized or custom work can't be returned or refunded once production has started.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before work begins. After that, contact me and I'll do what I can.
